Booth fee at "A Love of HeartLocke" covers one booth for 2 days. The days are Dec 21st and Dec 22nd. Set up is Friday the 20th after 4pm til 8pm.
We will be open for last min holiday shoppers Dec 21 from 9am-4pm and Dec 22nd 12pm-4pm.
No early tear down of your booth space
*You privide your own tables, chairs, etc for your booth.
Please cover any tables to the floor and keep extra or personal belongings under covered table.
Booth rent covers both days for one fee (space is 8'x 5 1/2' floor space), can be set up however you would like, a long table against the wall with smaller shelves on either side or shelves at back, etc.
Set up is Friday the 20th after 4pm til 8pm
If you have not shownby Friday Dec 20th 7pm and have not contacted us, we will give your spot to someone on our waiting list.
Please no selling outside of your booth area, no sending people to customers at other's tables.
Let us know if you need electric at your booth.
Cars directly in front of studio parking will need to be relocated to East side of shopping complex.
Spot is not reserved until this form is completed and paid for online. Simply saying you are attending does not hold your spot.
Please donate ONE item for our raffle to be delivered by Dec 16th .

This is a smaller craft bazaar for last min holiday shoppers and to get the word out about your business. Our event will be listed on our webpage, Google, social media like Facebook, Instagram and tiktok. We highly encourage you to also promote our event on your personal and business pages. Invite friends via facebook as well for a better outcome.
