At Heartlocke Studio we offer tailored art events and parties to meet your individual needs. Some examples of a creative event package could include instructed paint party, paint and sing, puff and paint, special artistic gender reveal party, jewelry making, woodworking, craft party with movie night, and abstract art. MOST POPULAR IS CUSTOM PAINT OR CRAFT where we create a custom themed option for you or individual custom canvases for your event.

This package includes:
  • 2 1/2 hours studio time
  • Price covers up to 10 individual participants (not including the main party guest)
  • Music of your choice, you connect to bluetooth
  • Access to microphone for announcements
  • Personal Heartlocke Studio host and/or art instructor
  • Access to refrigerator and freezer
  • All supplies needed for projects
  • Paperware/utensils
  • Film projector (can be connected to a computer or phone for games, videos, slideshow, and more)
Studio can accommodate up to 30 seated individuals in the painting or craft areas

Booking host provides all food and drinks or any special décor. Since the events are tailored, contracts are individually accommodated.
The price is a base fee that covers all listed above. *Price is subject to change if a larger scale event is desired than our base package.

    If you know what other snacks and drinks you will be bringing, please let us know. 

    Approximate number of guests for your event, we will need the final number at least 48 hours before the event. We want to make sure we have enough.
