All paid reservations made online, via phone or in the store are Final & Non-Refundable. We have a CREDIT ONLY POLICY in place for customer cancellations. Refunds allowed case by case.
In addition, we require no less than 48 hours cancellation of a paid reservation.
Cancellations must be made in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, via our Facebook messenger or texting 405-881-9711 and at the time of cancellation, you can let us know which upcoming class you would like to attend instead. If you do not know yet which class you would like to take, a one time credit CODE will be issued for one class which can be applied to an equal or lesser class with no further credit. One time code can be applied in online registration.
Credits are good for 12 MONTHS from the date of the cancellation.
**If you do not provide prior 48 hour notice of your cancellation, NO credit will be issued. We do NOT provide credits for "No Shows" as we will be unable to fill your spot at the last minute and supplies were already purchased and prepped for you. No credit will be given after class has started.
**We reserve the right to cancel or modify a class at any time. If cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather, we will reach out to you 1st by phone, then email with as much notice as possible. A full refund will be given if WE cancel or if a makeup class is offered, you will have the option to register for the future class with credit.
Other cancellations will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Camps: Due to limited space and demand for camps, we ask to be notified 5 days in advance for camp enrollment cancellations. If notified in this time, we will offer a refund. Individual days of camp can be moved to a different day with 24 hour notice . We understand unforeseen circumstances arise and will handle these situations on a case by case basis.
Weekly sessions: If enrolled for an ongoing class, like a 5 week course, no refund or proration will be given for missed days.
Birthday Parties: Birthday Parties may be rescheduled no later than 14 days prior to the event. Parties cancelled outside of 14 days will receive a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit. If your party guest numbers are smaller than originally listed, we require 3 days of notice or you will be charged for the group size listed on your form.
