Cartoon Themed Summer Art Camp May 30th-June 2nd 2022

**IF your child has attended before or alot, we offer substitute art projects if they see a repeat, we strive to find and create the most unique projects and attempt to change them often***
This Summer Art Camp is themed around popular cartoons, games or books your child likes . Whether it be online, via phone, game system, or a board game, could be cartoons, books as well. We will be turning their favorite characters into art! We will also have a Switch set up to a studio projector for some gameplay between art, our digital playground, board games and other hands on activities set up to make this day extra fun, including sidewalk chalk contests and car races.
Full day campers need to pack a lunch and water bottle. Camps are ages 5 and up. Tweens love our camps.
Below is a list of SOME of our activities . If there is additional time, open studio projects may be offered.
Cost- $45 per day, select which day(s) at checkout. Full week receives a discount.
Monday May 30th
Mixed Media- Relief Among Us Sculptures (Or other characters of choice)
Fabric- Character hats with fabric paint and Pollock style paint splatters..
Clay- Keychains look great attached to the handles.
Tuesday May 31st
Mixed Media- Minecraft style floating islands
Painting- Pop Art or Roy Lichtenstein styled "posters" painted on 8x10 or 11x14 canvas sheets
Dry medium- Big mouth mash up character drawings that open
Wednesday June 1st
Clay- Characters
Fabric- Customizing canvas totes for tablets, art supplies, etc.
Woodworking- Wooden shelves with themed designs
Thursday June 2nd
Mixed Media- Pokémon terrariums with clear globe to resemble a Pokémon ball (Can be designed for any character).
Woodworking- Mini washer toss games
Dry medium- one point perspective cubes with characters
Ages 5 til graduated. Activity levels change with level of art ability.
Cost- $45 full day, $30 half
***IF using EPIC charter schools, signup needs to be PRIOR to May 23rd so we can bill before deadline. ***
