Summer Camp at HeartLocke Studio? Yeahh!! These action-packed days will include woodcrafting, clay, paint and take, canvas painting, themed crafts, drawing, mixed media pieces and more! Students alternate physical activity or hanging out/going outside between crafts and art to burn off some energy with spunky music and a lot of outdoor items.
Each day will be filled with activities, art, fun and friends! Don’t forget to invite a friend to attend along side you.
Light snacks and lemonade provided, however, each art camper will need to bring a sack lunch and waterbottle each full day they attend.

Age: Ages 5years to teens! We get a lot of preteens.
Price:
$45 per full class day 9-4 or $30 for half day. Half day can be 9-12 or 1-4.
Not all activities are listed below, days will also have drawing with chalk pastels, clay, and various other arts and crafts. Each day has four main activities for a full day.
Monday, May 24th : We will be working with clay to create some funky pots with faux succulents, and paint them with bright colors. Students will learn about artist Dale Chihuly and recreate some “glass” sculptures of their own in plastic. Artists will create bright hand movement pieces on photo paper with sharpies, the colors pop!
Tuesday, May 25th: Painting on an 11x14 gallery wrapped canvas, artists get to paint their pets (favorite animal if they don't have a pet) We will be making faux taxidermy monsters, these are amazing! Easy dreamcatchers in shapes with feathers, pom poms and all kinds of stuff are sure to please.
Wednesday, May 26th: Campers get to make lego sculptures, these are strange, 3D creations that are mounted on a lego base and glued as well as painted to get the full effect. Wednesday we will have a cartoon theatre style on a projector with popcorn. We will create sensory bottles with oil, dye, glitter, boba syle water beads and anything they can imagine to put inside these sealed containers.
